MAVI Fall/Winter 2023 Women’s Look Book

Mavi Fall/Winter 2023 Women’s Look Book

Here is the brand new Fall Winter 2023 Look Book for Mavi! Mavi is continuing to move towards their goal of having 100% sustainable denim by 2030 with their All Blue collection. How amazing is this? I absolutely love that so many companies are really making efforts to be sustainable as it’s so important! It’s more important now than it has ever been as things have gotten out of hand with the consumption of fast fashion. So this pleases me!

In addition to diversifying the styles within the existing sustainable fabric groups, Mavi is refreshing the Recycled Blue fabrication to make an even smaller environmental footprint. Classic denim in indigo washes are core to the collection, while other seasonal highlights include matching sets, cargos and wide leg styles, new luxe twills, Organic Selvedge, Pro Dark Tech and the expansion of Mavi sportswear between the men’s and women’s collections. The men’s Mavi FW23 Look Book will be featured separately as there’s so many new pieces from the brand, but lets take a look at the highlighted pieces and the rest of the Look Book below!

Within their All Blue umbrella, Mavi has renewed their Recycled Blue fabrication for fall with recycled pre- and post-consumer fibers blended with TENCEL™ using Refibra™ technology, which gives the fabric a breathable feel and the durable, soft texture of authentic denim. Refibra merges recycled cotton waste and wood pulp to craft a new TENCEL™ fiber. The new version of Recycled Blue has the same smoothness, softness, and breathability, but now with an added sustainable component. The newest Recycled Blue fabrication can be seen in women’s key fits including the New York straight, Paris Slit slim straight, Victoria wide leg, Mavi’s newest wide leg, Florida, as well as the Katy jacket.

Style highlights for the season include wide leg and flared styles like the popular Victoria, which returns for FW23 in a solid deep Recycled Blue and mahogany corduroy. The wide-legged Paloma fit is back with marine-inspired pockets in three washes–Dark Flex Blue, Deep Smoke Flex Blue, and an off-white corduroy. Mavi is also introducing a brand new silhouette, the Florida, which is a high rise, full length wide leg that currently comes in a Light Brushed Recycled Blue wash.

With the success of Mavi’s debut matching sets from SS23, the brand is introducing coordinating tops and bottoms in fall-appropriate washes and fabrications. From the Feather Blue collection, the Keyla shirt is a cropped, collared, and lightweight shirt that is both laid-back and polished. It pairs with the Miracle wide leg denim trouser in the same Dark Feather Blue fabric. From the Natural Dye collection, the Dina and Susanne tops are paired with the New York straight leg jeans in green natural dye and brown natural dye for a sleek, casual look.

On the non-denim side, two corduroy matching sets will be launching for the fall season. The Livia Off-White Cord shacket is paired with the Paloma Marine Off-White Cord. The Maren is a new cropped jacket silhouette that comes in both Mahogany Cord to be matched with the Victoria pant in the same fabric.

Mavi has introduced new cargo twills as the utilitarian trend continues to flourish in a brand new Luxe Twill fabrication. These elevated cargos have a laid-back look but a premium feel. The Alva is a full length straight leg cargo twill that is available in cinnamon, capers green, and black. The Luisa is a cropped carpenter twill with structured side panels that will be available in mahogany and beige. The easy-to-wear styles are made with breathable, soft-brushed cotton and sustainable TENCEL™ lyocell.

For FW23, Mavi continues to expand its Sportswear line with the introduction of classic crewnecks and lightweight breathable button downs. The women’s Modal sweat sets are ultra-buttery and offer an option for more casual days. Take a look at the full collection below!
