They have just launched a limited edition pair of 9ct Gold plated jeans! These are so limited that Accent Clothing only have 3 pairs out of the 36 in the UK and there’s only 136 pairs worldwide! How cool is that? You are probably wondering what these jeans cost since they are made from 9ct Gold and alligator skin, well I wont keep you waiting, the retail price is £1934.99! I know… Wow!
So what makes these limited edition Jacob Cohen jeans so special? Delivered in their own leather presentation box, the jeans of the Italian denim brand, Jacob Cohen are all hand crafted from unique fabrics with in house washes and materials that are exclusive to the brand. The Italian region of Veneto is where the production of these jeans takes place, so you can guarantee they are made with quality, being handmade with the finest imported Japanese ‘Kurabo denim’ and crafted with traditional Italian tailoring in the culturally rich region of the beautiful country.
These specific jeans are called the ‘Type 622’ jeans which have a slim fit, indigo wash and an all button fly. They have gold plated hardware including engraved rivets to the front pockets and J engraved buttons to the fly. These jeans also have navy top stitching and bar tacks with white J embroidery to the coin pocket and peak stitch detailing to the rear pockets. Jacob Cohen also made a navy alligator skin back tab patch which features 9ct Gold detailing that has been hand finished by Venetian goldsmiths. This patch pops onto the secure popper fastenings on the back as it comes separately in a leather pouch.
You also receive a spool of matching colour thread (so you can easily hem them without changing the colour), a blue and white diagonally striped handkerchief in the rear right pocket, a patterned lining to the inside of the pockets and a small fragrance bottle which be found in the small duffle bag to the front belt loop. Sounds fancy doesn’t it? You can watch a video just below of one of the sales reps showing you the jeans and you can buy them online here. Do any of you guys plan on adding these to your collection?
