BLANK NYC Embroidered Denim Jacket in Wild Child
I’m personally starting a brand new series here on The Jeans Blog and it’s called ‘Find Of The Week’. This means that each week there will be a blog post featuring one particular denim item that I really like and feel is worth sharing with you all. I know I always do the editors top 10 denim choices of the month, which will still happen, but as there’s so many gorgeous jeans and denim out there, it’s not enough.
So, to kick things off this week, I’m starting with the BLANK NYC Embroidered Denim Jacket in Wild Child. I have a huge crush on embroidered denim and have for quite some time, so whenever I see an embroidered denim jacket, I find myself gravitating towards it quickly. The Gucci embroidered denim situation really started that off for me and I can’t get enough of it.
This particular one from BLANK NYC is a cotton blend with button front closures, also featuring flap pockets on the front, side welt pockets, and the classic button cuffed sleeves and embroidered detailing. Emblazoned with roses, butterflies, and birds, this denim jacket is really cool for Spring. I can just imagine it layered over a dress with some wedges, or paired with denim shorts like the model has done. It does say she is wearing size medium, so the jacket might run small, or it might be for an oversize fit. I haven’t personally tried it myself, but I love the Wild Child wash. How perfect would this be for Coachella in a few months time? What do you think of this jacket? Anyway, stay tuned for next weeks featured product too!
