16 Extreme Spray On Super Skinny Jeans in Black For Men

As per a readers request, I’m doing a new and updated blog post for extreme, super skinny, spray on jeans for men. To date, these articles are still one of the most popular on The Jeans Blog because you guys love a tight fit with your denim, so it makes sense to continue the series. As requested, and inspired by Shawn Mendes, this is a round up of 16 extreme skinny jeans for men in black, as it’s the Winter season and darker jeans are often more appropriate (but not mandatory).

I’ve personally tried to keep the prices low with these so I’ve gone for under £50 again, and there’s lots to choose from. I’ve opted for clean black, distressed black, washed black, and tall versions as well, so there should be something for you. Black jeans always make a fantastic base for sneakers or boots, and go so well with overcoats and blazers as much as they do with leather jackets and hoodies. They’re extremely versatile! If you have your own opinions on black super skinny jeans that you love, please do leave them in the comments below!

As an idea for another blog post as well, I am thinking of doing a roundup of the top 5 women’s skinny jeans for men that Adam loves and wears all the time (he’s pictured above in J Brand) as he swears by the women’s fits for skin tight denim that’s super comfortable. Is that something you would be interested in? We have covered women’s jeans for men before, on numerous occasions, but never Adam’s top, go to choices. I think it might be a good idea, but let me know!

As a disclaimer, some of these links are affiliated, so if you do buy, buying them via these links is incredibly helpful as it means I can keep the blog running. Thank you!

Great post Lorna. Would love an article on Adam’s top women’s jeans for men. Such a post may open me up to brands and styles I have yet to try.

Dr Denim Lexy are nice. ASOS over here in the UK/EU does sometimes advertise Dr Denim brands for men that Dr Denim actually have on their women’s section, usually the low rise ones. Lexys are medium rise but that is actually a nice fit. They have a bit more room inside than the low rise designs and then to stay up. I don’t like jeans sagging on the bum. They are certainly not high rise and they don’t have tiny pockets but more average sized pockets, so I view them as unisex. ASOS are good because it is so simple do do returns and refunds and you can try stuff easily. Sometimes I think they might have Dr Denim end of line stock because sometimes things have gone from Dr Denim website and they are still on ASOS. Anyway ASOS are one step later in the supply chain. Lexy are very narrow on the ankles usually. The ripped black Lexys in Small were 4″ across (8″ round) but stretchy so I could get my feet in and out. That is always a point to consider, with men’s big feet. Most Lexys are about 4.25 or maybe 4.5″ at most across the ankle. I have some in Large some in medium and some in small and with Dr Denim it is often easy to go down a size because of the elasticity of the material.
I also had some Blend Flurry black washed extreme skinny (for men but with no front pockets. These were very tight indeed and again 4″ across the ankles but material less stretchy so difficult to get on and off. Fabulous fit though. I’m not very muscly though to be honest. As time goes by, I think one graduates towards even skinnier fits. I am also trying ripped and distressed jeans for the first time. Actually I wish I had before but I don’t like some of them. The Blen Flurry long black ones are very nice but a bit fragile but they were half price so I bought 2 pairs and cut off the hems because they were a lot too long at 36″ leg. I am more like 32″. They are better with frayed hem anyway. I have done that to quite a few of the skinny jeans I have and it helps to get them on and off too.

Great post Lorna. A follow on article covering Adam’s top 5 women’s skinny jeans would be a perfect complement and something I’d look forward to. I’m always looking for new brands and styles.

In reply to a the article and also one or two of the replies, I have now a few pairs of skinny black jeans.

TopMan Super Spray On – there were two designs. One I liked and the other I didn’t because they were too low rise and the pockets sat too low. The one I preferred was the 1% elastane version not the 2%. The 1% elastane material was a bit softer and just as stretchy and I got them in longer leg and they fitted better on the waist too. Leg openings were about 5″ across (10″ around but I’m giving the across measurements here with jeans as new so you can measure that directly in a shop or at home).

Dr Denim has some gorgoues black jeans and nearly black jeans but don’t just look at the men’s Leroys. To be honest the ones with female models on their webaste sometimes get advertised by ASOS with male models and the pockets are not tiny so they are to me unisex.

Dixy low rise 4 pockets, and Kissy low rise 2 pockets, Lexy mid srise 4 pockets and Plenty mid rise and 2 pockets.

Particuly nice are Dixy Old Black and Lexy Old Black, also Lexy Black and Black with ripped knees. There was an amazing Kissy label bleached black jean – but they have now gone from the websites.

I have just tried Blend Flurry black sold by ASOS and they are very tight with 4″ across the hem. Lexy Black hems are about 4″ for the ripped knees and 4.25″ for the plain black and maybe about 4.5″ for the Old Black. Dixy Old Black are about 4.25″.

I never tried the Nimes skinny jeans in black. I did have a grey and they are heavier denim and 5 pocket style I think and very small leg opening at 4.25″.

I also got Blend Flurry Tall black with rips which are gorgeous – but only one pair left on ASOS UK! I got Waist 30″ but would like 29″.

I’m a big fan of Dr Denim for their range of styles and colours and for the tightness and fit.

Also, I liked H&M 360 degree tech stretch skinny when they were around for sale around 2017 but they are no longer available. They had great bum and thoigh fit but larger leg opening at maybe 5.5 inches.

Awesome pics on your blog, Dave: looking cool as you search for perfect tightest jeans.
Which is tightest on you: Dr.Denim Dixy or Dr.Denim Lexy?
Are either as tight as your low-waist Dr.Denim Kissy?
My Dr.Denim Lexy are tighter than Dr.Denim Kissy. My black size XS Lexy have no creases except back of knees.

Cheap Monday Mid Spray are as stretchy as Lexy/Kissy. I found Cheap Monday size XXS = Dr.Denim XS. Cheap Monday Mid Spray in size XXS are on ASOS for £12: black, grey and dark blue, All fit perfectly as they stretch by 20%. The dark blue are really soft smooth denim in old size W24-25 but their waist stretches to 29″.

I think the Lexys feel tighter because the material is usually a bit heavier and less flexible than the Kissy jeans which are often more like jeggings and more stretchy but Kissys are without front pockets. The Plentys are sometimes same material as Lexys but no front pockets. Occasionally softer material but the Kissy styles are the softest materials and it’s easier to size down even to XS or definitely S. The XS Lexys are a bit too much. Too tight on the waist.
Dixys are very nice. A bit like Lexys but low rise. The Dixy seems slightly more tapered than Lexy or any of the others. Dixy are low rise and kissy very low rise. Both the Kussy and Dixy styles seems to have disappeared now but sexondhand ones or new old stock can appear on Ebay. I found some Kissy ice black recently new with tags. Nice colour style. Kind of white flecked black. I ordered a few pairs. They fitted all the way from L through M and S to XS. So I have them all. XS are extremely tight but comfy still. S were probably best for tightness and a little more leg length and confort. Very thin material though. No photos online yet.

Any chance of an up-to-date post on the latest Extreme Super Skinny Spray On Jeans For Men Under £50 ? Maybe blue, black and light grey as it seems to be summer at last. My faves were Cheap Monday but now they are gone, I like Nimes Spray On (really skinny but very high waisted) & Topman Super Spray in “men’s jeans”
In “women’s jeans” I like Dr. Denim Lexy & Topshop Jamie (thicker high waist) & Leighs(thinner mid waist) . In women’s jeans I go down two sizes for a tight fit on the hips.
