Hudson Nico Mid-Rise Ankle Skinny Jeans in Time Bomb

When I saw these Hudson Nico Mid-Rise Ankle Skinny Jeans in Time Bomb yesterday when browsing online, I thought they were really cool. They’re obviously not anything innovative and new, but they’re an ankle skinny done perfectly right, and I love them.

The Nico features an 8.5″ rise, an inseam of 27″ and a leg opening of 9″, so you can see they look like a fantastic skinny jean with a cropped inseam (which of course would work as full length for some of us). They come in a stretch denim (not sure on the blend as it’s not listed), but I know Hudson are usually comfortable when it comes to their stretch jeans.

Now getting to the wash, this was what I fell in love with. They reminded me of a washed out and worn in pair of my GRLFRND Candice Jeans (see here), just with more character. It of course helps that they fit the model perfectly though, but a washed out black like this is ideal for those casual days and it’s what made me like them, especially coupled with the cut. What do you think?
