The Citizens Rockets in Black Leatherette are the best coated black jeans I have ever come across, so I definitely recommend them! If you are looking for something more festive though as we approach the end of the year parties, there’s red, blue, silver and even bronze tones to choose from, as well as a fancy lace up pair and coated jeans with distressed knees! Although N.Y.D.J. company made 3 different coated styles , they seemed to have given-up on coated. I purchased Angelina style for my wife , other relatives and were well received. They have slanted faux front pockets and reminded me of my boyhood Hollywood cowboys’ sleek ” smile ” pocketed riding ranch pants who I liked way before females took to cross-dressing into menswear big time 50 years ago . I bought several pairs for myself and enjoy their rain resistance , style and comfort myself. Fashion freedom within menswear for males too !
