FRAME Ali High Rise Cigarette Slit Rivet Jeans in Carnation
There’s some really nice new jeans out at the moment, and they’re classics! I’ve found denim to be a bit hit and miss lately, and I don’t mean that disrespectfully, as you know I love jeans, but honestly, I have been left a bit disappointed with the latest selections and I haven’t felt inspired to blog about any of them. However, when Fall rolls around, my mind often changes as the brands up their game. The pretty blue and grey washes start to resurface, and I am left wanting lots of new pairs! I’ve rounded up 5 new pairs of premium denim jeans and I think you will love them, because I do! These 5 are on my wish list!
Above is the FRAME Ali jeans and I’ve always liked this cut because it has a higher rise, but also because they make their jeans so flattering on the butt and slimming in the leg. They’re a great brand for that! The Carnation wash is this beautiful light blue, which we would usually reserve for Summer, but I think it’s the perfect transitional shade to take you into the cooler months with neutral sweaters and chelsea boots, don’t you?
Pistola Audrey Skinny Jeans in Mykonos
I have never tried the brand Pistola, but it seems like it’s new! They have a FRAME and AG vibe to them in my opinion, with some hints of J Brand, and I think this particular pair looks really cool. They’re quite heavy on the distressing, which I’m enjoying at the moment, and the shredded hems look like they’re really well done too. This is a brand that I’ve added to my watch list!
7 For All Mankind High Waist Ankle Skinny Jeans in Luxe Vintage Honest
Getting to a dark grey, or a washed black, 7 For All Mankind have us covered! With a perfect cropped skinny fit, this wash is one you can dress up or down, in any way possible. It’s extremely versatile and I love that about them. Grey can often be very difficult to get right as it can often come out too flat without much characteristic, but this wash is near perfect! The lap whiskering and thigh fading look fantastic to me and really give life to a basic grey wash.
7 For All Mankind High Waist Ankle Jeans in Sloane Vintage
If you’re looking for a lighter blue distressed jean, 7 For All Mankind have you sorted again! The perfect skinny that hits at the ankle, and a light blue with pretty rips at the knee. When it comes to distressing, the white threads showing through are my favourite way of doing it as it just brings another element to the look. You can’t go wrong with these though, they’re perfect for transitioning seasons.
WeWoreWhat High Rise Skinny Jeans in Bruer
And lastly, we have this gorgeous mid grey skinny jean from WeWoreWhat. Again, I have never tried this brand as it’s fairly new, but I have been keeping my eye on them as I’ve seen them around a few times. Like I mentioned above, grey is a very tricky colour to get right, and they have nailed it with this pair. Subtle lap whiskering on a mid grey with thigh fades is how you do it!
