Brand Spotlight: Still Here Denim

Brand Spotlight: Still Here Denim

Still Here is a new denim brand that’s popped up on our radar. It’s inspired by the timelessness of denim and its unique ability to capture moments and tell stories. I was originally drawn to the brand when I saw how cool their designs were, especially with the strips of fabric down the back legs!

Our denim stays true to the enduring values of fit, wash and wear while incorporating novel embellishments. Each pair of vintage-inspired jeans possess a mark of handwork such as our signature hand-painted stripes, hand-guided chainstitch embroidery or hand-woven fabric appliqué.

Still Here are designed in NYC and handcrafted in Los Angeles, California, and they are forging a future for denim based in quality, novelty and sustainability. Those are things that we can always get behind here at The Jeans Blog. Speaking of novelty though, I think these jeans are pretty cool. I always love a fun element and twist, and some uniqueness, and what better way to do it than with coloured or patterned panels of fabric on the back? It’s quirky and I can’t wait to see which celebrities will be wearing these!

I’ve included a few of my favourite pairs from the brand, and they don’t only make striped, bold jeans, they do minimal jeans too, so if you love the vintage, quality concept, you don’t have to step outside your comfort zone to get it. Have any of you tried Still Here denim before? If so, I’d love your opinions!

LOL whoever came up with that design idea was worth a chuckle because they look like safety features on gear cyclists could wear for added visibility from behind! Don’t even bother getting into the subject of how they look and fit!

The current denim trends are not impressing you one bit, are they? Ha ha.
