Bella Hadid – The New Face Of True Religion

Bella Hadid Is The New Face Of True Religion

True Religion recently announced that supermodel of the moment, Bella Hadid (the sister of Gigi Hadid) is the brand new face of the brand! Bella embodies all things True Religion, past, present, and future; iconic, edgy, and everlasting. I think the pairing couldn’t be better! She recently attended the launch event of her new campaign in an amazing True Religion denim piece, which I will be sharing with you soon, but for now, here’s the new campaign photos.

Bella has always been an inherit fan of the brand, so she was the natural choice to meld the iconic essence of True Religion with the modern view of its future. For the shoot, they put together an amazing team including photographer Boo George, stylist Mimi Cuttrell, and hair and makeup duo Jen Atkin and Mary Phillips to create imagery and complementary looks that will launch True Religion into a new era that honours the heritage of the brand.

A quintessential, confident LA girl with roots at home and abroad, Bella’s voice was not only an inspiration, but an integral part in imagining this campaign, envisioning the brand through her eyes for the next generation of True Religion fans. From the three images we have here, I think they look amazing! She’s always been a true denim fan as we see her in jeans every single day, so I couldn’t be happier with this collaboration and partnership! I hope they might take it one step further and give Bella her own capsule collection like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley did for PAIGE. What do you think of Bella Hadid being the brand new face of True Religion?

Her first photo looks really nice. The one thing about this brand I always liked a lot is the incredibly dark blue wash they use that is almost black. Never was a fan of their trademark stitching using extremely coarse thread or the pocket flaps and that horse shoe design on the back pocket is rather over the top. Their Casey and Halle fits are very flattering tho.

Yeah I’m not a huge fan of the chain stitching either, so I like their new looks!
