Actress Connie Nielson arrived at Jimmy Kimmel Live! with Zac Efron (not pictured) in Los Angeles, California a little while ago to promote her new movie ‘Wonder Woman’. Have any of you watched the film yet? I haven’t, but I’ve seen a trailer and it looks dark! Connie wore a pair of J Brand L8001 Mid-Rise Stretch Leather Pants in Noir with a simple black t-shirt, a black blazer, and some black lace up shoes.
I don’t know what her personal style is like normally as I am not familiar with her, but I like the darker, grungy vibe that she’s brought to these leather pants! It proves that they are versatile like jeans and can be dressed up or down just as easily. Given that Connie is 51 (I had no idea, she looks amazing doesn’t she?) it just proves that leather pants can suit all ages and look fantastic at the same time!

I will admit that I’m a big fan of leather, as I too have 5 pairs myself, 3 black leather, 1 cream color, and 1 hunter green suede. Yes, leather can be versatile, but my thing is the sheen, and the cut I believe makes the difference. For example: the 3 black pairs I have, yes they’re the same color, but this one black pair that I have, seem to be more like what I would call dress leather slacks.
As a guy, I just can’t figure it out, as to why this one particular pair only goes well with dress shoes and a nice button down shirt.
The other two black leathers, can go either way, dress, casual, or even sporty.
But other than this one pair which I’m still trying to figure out, yes leather is versatile.

That’s crazy you have one pair that’s only suitable for dressing up! Maybe it’s the way the leather is cut?
Maybe it is the cut, they’re more straight leg, where the other 2 black leathers taper, and I didn’t mention it earlier, but they are of a softer kind of leather.

Yeah that makes sense!
