I have to confess that these photos are a little old, but as the Victoria’s Secret model, Jasmine Tookes, has recently come onto my radar, I had to blog this outfit as it’s perfect. Jasmine was seen leaving lunch at Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills, California with some friends.
Jasmine wore a pair of patched and distressed denim overalls with some lace up leopard print pumps and a tie front black blouse. Usually I wouldn’t think this combination would work as it seems awkward to wear tied up lace underneath a pair of denim overalls, but it looks amazing. I think Jasmine is one of those ladies who can pull anything off and this outfit is a great example of that.
I think the reason why this outfit works so well is because the denim overalls have a masculine element to them with a baggier fit, but the leopard heels and the black blouse are feminine and classy, so both counteract each other. Slicking her hair back into a low bun with some delicate earrings was the right way to finish things off as well. What do you think of the way Jasmine Tookes wore her denim overalls?
