Supermodel Romee Strijd and her boyfriend, Laurens van Leeuwen, went for a stroll down Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, California last week. We don’t get to see her that often in our celebs in denim section here, but when we do, she never disappoints with her style!
Romee wore something different to the normal when it comes to denim, she actually chose a pair of CARMAR Flame Marietta Jeans. She paired them with a cropped red t-shirt, some Converse low tops, and a Chanel bag. I saw someone else wearing these jeans on Instagram last week and they were available to buy at LF Santa Barbara, so if you’re near the store, you should check them out.
These CARMAR Flame Marietta Jeans are a relax fit, high rise boyfriend jean which are made from 100% cotton, giving them a vintage feel. They are dip dyed white and then a flame graphic is printed onto them at the bottom. Another cool thing is that they’re made and finished in LA, which is fantastic!
CARMAR is a brand that I’m not familiar with though, so this is the first time that I’m seeing the denim from them and I think it’s quite cool. I had a look at their website and saw they stock all sorts of embellished, ripped, and printed denim, so hopefully we might see Romee Strijd in these jeans or another pair from the designers soon!
