Joe Jonas Wears J Brand Mick Skinny Fit Jeans in Trivor

Singer Joe Jonas was pictured leaving his New York City hotel a couple of days ago while on his way to run some errands and hang out with friends. I think this is the very first time we have featured Joe on The Jeans Blog, but given his addiction to skinny jeans, it’s definitely not going to be the last.

Joe wore his J Brand Mick Skinny Fit Jeans in Trivor with a camo print t-shirt, a green bomber jacket, and some high tops. As the Fall is in full swing right now and Winter is soon upon us, I’m pretty sure we will be seeing a lot more black skinny jeans on men as they seem to be a popular choice for cooler weather. Bomber jackets are incredibly popular too, even women’s bomber jackets are being worn by men, so I’m expecting an increase in those sightings as well!

We regularly see J Brand jeans out on the ladies, but one thing that I have noticed is that J Brand are extremely popular for the guys, especially when they are promoting their work by doing interviews, appearances, or press junkets. I think the simplicity and minimal detailing, coupled with the clean washes, makes J Brand a fantastic choice for dressing up. How many of you guys love J Brand jeans? Do you style them like Joe Jonas?

My husband wears a 36-30 Jean but he has no butt!!!!
His jeans sag so bad in the butt. He won’t wear skinny jeans so that’s out, my question is: what brand (he likes Levi’s but will try anything at this point) should we be buying for him that fits right in the butt? Every pair he has sags so bad and he can’t keep them up. Smaller fit around the waist won’t work either. Any suggestions?

      Hi Jill,
Sorry, I can’t actually recommend any jeans which aren’t cut with a butt area when the size is larger as I don’t know of any. Usually when you get a bigger size like a 36 then the jeans are bigger all over, so the butt would definitely increase in size too unfortunately. I hope you do manage to find something! A stretchier denim might help in eliminating the sag a little bit, but not fully.
