Fifty Shades of Grey actress, Dakota Johnson, was seen getting out of a car in Soho in New York a little while ago. I feel like each time we see her, her personal style is evolving and she’s really coming into her own with the outfits she puts together.
For the day, Dakota chose to wear a pair of RE/DONE Levi’s Jeans with a looser blouse, some Gucci boots, and a Chanel bag. I remember when we were seeing RE/DONE Levi’s every single day, multiple times, but their phase has died down a little bit now as more and more celebs are wearing whatever they want.
I think the way that Dakota styled these RE/DONE Levi’s Jeans is ideal as it brings the vintage element into the present, combining on trend pieces with older denim. I think the cropped straight fit is extremely flattering to her figure while the raw hem makes them current. Not to mention I adore the wash! Vintage Levi’s can be really hard to find amazing washes on and it’s like hunting for treasure sometimes, but this one, despite it being a plain blue, has a lot of character to it.
