Ashley Tisdale made her debut on The Jeans Blog after being spotted out to dinner with her husband, Christopher French, at celeb hot spot, Craig’s in Los Angeles, California. The couple were trying to avoid the paparazzi unsuccessfully as they made their way to their car. Ashley does a good job of keeping low profile these days actually, there was a time when she was DenimBlog’s denim diva of the year and was spotted in denim every single day! It’s good to know she still loves her jeans though.
For this outfit, Ashley chose to wear a double denim ensemble, pairing together the A GOLD E Sophie High Rise Skinny Crop Jeans in Starwood Distressed with a customised and patched vintage Levi’s denim jacket. When you are wondering how to wear double denim, usually my words of advice are to stray away from two similar wash shades as it can be overwhelming, but because Ashley’s Levi’s denim jacket has a lot of colour and detail to it, she can get away with it a lot more than if it was a standard Canadian tuxedo.
Speaking of these A GOLD E jeans though, isn’t the wash just truly stunning? It reminds me of a really worn in and broken down pair of raw jeans that have been over loved. The blowout just above the knee just gives it that effect along with the deep whiskering along the thighs. I have to say, A GOLD E always seem to get it right when it comes to their denim and since they are a part of Citizens of Humanity, that doesn’t at all surprise me.
