ALLSAINTS Cigarette Jeans in Washed Black
As I have done a few Fall 2018 roundups for women for denim already, I didn’t want to leave you guys out either. I know a lot of you wear women’s skinny jeans anyway, but for those of you who don’t and prefer the men’s cuts, here are 8 Classic Must Have Men’s Skinny Jeans for Fall 2018!
The reason I have chosen skinny jeans for this roundup is because I think they look better when it starts to get colder and more layers are involved. You might remember my blog post called men should only wear skinny jeans, and I stand by that as in the Fall when you’re wearing layering with coats and jackets, you need to keep your proportions accurate and slim fitting jeans are the way to do that. Not to mention they go over the opening of boots perfectly, so you can’t go wrong!
As I’m not really feeling any trend pieces and want denim to go back to being amazing, that’s the reason I have chosen classic washes here. I’ve selected a mixture of black, washed black, grey, light, mid, and dark blue, as well as clean or distressed denim, so you can create an entire Fall wardrobe with these 8 jeans alone! Some of these jeans have a skinnier fit than others, while some are more slim, there’s even Jogg Jeans included if you like your denim to be soft and stretchy, so there should be a pair of jeans for everyone in this list! So guys, what jeans are on your wish list right now? Any of these?
Those jeans do look great, but with the exception of jeans like topman and asos, most men’s skinny jeans still look a bit loose on the ankle, that’s why I think most prefer women’s jeans.
I have went wearing all women jeans shorts depees they stay on and look better than menβs shorts go with anything depees no so you have wear what looks good with them
I would still prefer the women’s skinny/super skinny jeans, which are of a perfect length. The opening is also narrow and falls better on the shoes. When these fit perfectly, why go in for the men’s…..

Some guys don’t like women’s jeans as they might be too tight for them, or too thin/stretchy for their preference, so I cover all bases.
The size that fits best for me is 28/34, which is not easy to find even with men’s jeans. I wouldn’t mind trying out women’s jeans for all the praise they have received in the comments and articles on this website. However, would there be any brand that caters for such long legs in women’s jeans?

There are a couple yeah! Have you tried FRAME Karlie? Supermodel Karlie Kloss (who’s over 6ft) has designed them and they have a 36″ inseam lol https://www.shopbop.com/s/products?query=frame+karlie&searchSuggestion=false so perhaps you could cuff them like the model?
Thank you very much for the suggestion! This will definitely be an option that I’ll try out.
Somewhere else on your site I read that one should take off about two inches from the male size to get to the correct fit of women’s jeans. Do you recommend following this rule of thumb or would it be more advisable for me to order a range of sizes?
You wrote about a couple of possible options for me. Is the Frame Karlie the one you consider the best regarding cut and materials, or would you advise me to try out a few to find out which one fits best for me?
After reading a few more pages on The Jeans Blog, I’d now interpret the statements about the right size for women’s jeans as “at least 2 inches less”. In addition to brand specific sizing effects (which, of course, also affect the sizes of male jeans), the main factor will probably be how much the sizing for the waist line has to be considered in addition to the hip size. This, I’d have to scale down more on a low-waist jeans than on a high-waist jeans.
In the forum, I’ve found a few posts about the Topshop Joni jeans. They are available in a tall version as well. This might be an additional option to try. For Dr Denim Kissy, l haven’t found anything longer than 26/32 so far (and the current range seems to be limited even more to standard length only). Unless the material is very stretchy in length as well, this should be too short for me.

Hi, I can try and help you find some jeans I would recommend if you let me know exactly what you’re looking for? What sort of stretch? What colour? Do you want super skinny or just skinny? I can try my best. FRAME are a very good brand, really comfortable and flattering. All I would ask is that when you order, it’s via one of our links as it’s affiliated and helps keep the site running so I can continue helping everyone out π
I promise to order through the links. No issue for me.
What do I want? That’s a bit difficult for me to specify exactly. The best description that I’ve come up with is that I’d like to find out for myself what the hype is about. I’d be looking for jeans where I can experience the advantages of women’s jeans over a pair of super spray-on men’s jeans, to find out what is possible that way.
I’d be willing to invest into up to three pairs of jeans for this “test”. Therefore, if we stay with the Frame Karlie as one of the options, there would be up to two additional slots to fill. I’ll leave it to you whether you want to include one or two choices that are particularly great regarding some of the criteria like tightness of ankle fit or softness of the material, but may be less perfect on other criteria.
I’d be looking at super skinny jeans (Let me find out what is possible …) with a tight fit down to the ankle. The colours should be black or a darker blue (maybe a mix of colours if you want to fill all three slots). No rips or other damage (not my style).
The stretch should be sufficient to wear them reasonably comfortably. (One of the three choices may be less comfortable if this allows you to include a particularly tight pair of jeans into the sample.)
I’m very much looking forward to your input. You may take your time with making the suggestions: I plan to place my orders at the beginning of October.
I forgot to mention that I’m used to wear my male jeans with a low rise. Therefore, although the general tendency seems to be to suggest high-waist women’s jeans for males, you may consider to include low rise jeans in the choices as well.

Ok! Send me an email and I can give you some personal recommendations π [email protected]
Keep in mind though low rise womens is a lot different to low rise mens, as mens low rise is around 8-9 inches, womens low rise is 6-7 inches!
