A very fun and vibrant looking Miley Cyrus was caught by the paparazzi as she was out to lunch at Nobu in Malibu, California with her back on again fiance, Liam Hemsworth, and her best friend Katy Weaver, who also works with Miley’s nonprofit organization Happy Hippie, which helps fight injustice facing homeless youth, LGBTQ youth, and other vulnerable populations, which I think is wonderful.
For her outfit, Miley stuck to her unique personal style and chose a pair of her vintage Levi’s denim shorts to go with an aqua blue bodysuit, and some sandals. She layered a customized denim jacket over the top which has some pretty patches on it, then finished it off with some heart shaped sunglasses. She also had a printed silk bomber jacket with her in case she wanted to swap out the denim jacket.
For those of you who love double denim, but don’t know how to wear double denim, or might simply be afraid of trying it, then I recommend a look like this. It’s much less invasive and bold than a pair of jeans as there’s 75% less fabric on your legs. A denim shirt or denim jacket paired with some denim shorts is a great way to break yourself into the trend without feeling too conscious about it. I think Miley Cyrus did her denim on denim outfit really well, even if it is quite quirky and unique. Do you like it?
