Model and reality TV star (also The Jeans Blog regular!), Kendall Jenner, was pictured while making her way to the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City a little while ago. I’m amazed by just how much Kendall loves her denim, especially vintage pairs. She chooses to wear her jeans to everything and that includes casual and more classy events. This just makes us love her even more!
For her Whitney Museum of American Art visit, Kendall styled her RE/DONE Levi’s Denim Shorts with a cropped white t-shirt and layered a gorgeous suede, fringed jacket over the top. When I saw these photos, I thought as I scrolled down that there was sure to be some brown boots to tie in with the jacket, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw some sapphire blue velvet boots on her feet. It’s quirky, unique and a combination that we rarely see, but it works.
There’s a lot of colours going on in this outfit and the mixtures of casual and smart pieces is perfect. The RE/DONE Levi’s Denim Shorts and the cropped tee keep things low key, but the fringed jacket, velvet boots and black clutch just take it up a notch and make it look styled.
