Another style icon and denim queen that we love, Gwen Stefani, was pictured out with her son Zuma, arriving to church in Los Angeles, California last week. I know church outfits can often be toned down and reserved for your Sunday best, so I always enjoy seeing what Gwen has to wear.
For her look, Gwen chose her favourite brand of denim – DSquared2, opting for a pair of their cropped skinny jeans. She styled them with a belted printed shirt and some strappy sandals, finished off with one of her L.A.M.B totes. Whenever I see an outfit like this, I wouldn’t associate it with church at all, but I think it’s fantastic. I love the floral elements and the denim. It’s very Gwen.
As you know the Bermuda denim shorts trend is increasing in popularity now, I’m half wondering if DSquared2 did have some influence, other than the Kardashian’s. I know Gwen has been wearing their knee length cropped jeans for quite some time, and even though these are slightly longer than the Bermuda length, I still think they look inspired. What’s your opinion? And do you love DSquared2 as well?
